Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
I wanna rebuild my file server to add more space. I don't want to lose my queue/downloaded files.
So are these the right steps to backup my sabnzbd?
1. stop daemon
2. backup all files and folders in incomplete folder to another drive
3. rebuild server (This would have the same path as previous storage when complete.)
4. restore all files to incomplete folder
5. start daemon
There are also quite a number of files in the admin folder you might wish to copy.
If you not using the exact same path for incomplete folder, skip queue9.sab
