[Qnap] Fix foreign characters script

Hey guys,
here https://forums.sabnzbd.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=10595 is a great description about how to fix the "foreign accent" / character issues which occure for most of the non-english languages...
Does anybody have a working script / instructions for Qnap? Unfortunately I'm a newbie to Linux & Co and didn't manage to "translate" it to Qnap:(
