Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
I've been googling to the point that I'm confusing myself. I'm trying to setup my Sabnzbd with NZBMatrix and I finally figured out that in the setup wizard I need to us the URL for the API. I cannot figure out what my NZBID is though that's part of the API key. The user name is after so that cant be it but I cannot find anything that tells me my UID.
You know there really arent that many good tutorials out there for SABnzbd and NZBMatirx...I promise I wouldnt waste your time if I didnt try to figure it out on my own first. I'm a little in over my head on this stuff right now but I'm slowly picking it up.
