I cancelled my paypal payment by mistake how do I get the services back using the old info?

PayPal payment of what?
We don't sell anything.
If it's a GigaNews or SuperNews subscription, please take this up with their customer service.

I think it was with usernet but the payment link email does nothing but bounce back
