SABNZBD creating duplicated saves and failing

Hi, Ive installed sabnzbd, couch potato v2 and sickbeard on my synology 212 NAS using the synocommunity packages available as of yesterday.

I am able to send files for download from sickbeard and cp2 to sab. However, when sab picks this instructions up, for some reason it starts downloading two copies of the file rather than one.

Additionally when a tv show is downloaded, the sickbeard script is not used (despite me having set it up) and instead the default script, meaning it is left in the 'complete' folder. Additionally when running the script it produces the following error:

Loading config from /usr/local/sabnzbd/var/scripts/autoProcessTV.cfg
Could not read configuration file: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/usr/local/sabnzbd/var/scripts/autoProcessTV.cfg'

Do I have a chmod issue with that directory? I really would prefer to not have to go and ssh into the box to set any of usr directory to public access if that is the problem, lest for risk of screwing up the whole box.

The only question I can answer is about the duplicate files.
I suspect that you download your files into SABnzbd's watched folder.
If you (or rather a program like SickBeard) subsequently uploads the same file through the API,
you will get duplicates.

Many thanks for your response. I have also been suspecting it may be being caused by this... is there a way for me to debug this? I have tried sifting through the sabnzbd logs on debug mode but theres just so much in there... whats the best thing for me to examine to debug this?

thanks again

Disable the watched folder altogether in Config->Folders.
