unicode error

after updateing windows i get these error and cant iuse sabnzbd :( im on win 7 x64

Under what circumstances does this happen?
Which browser, what are you doing with SABnzbd at that moment?
Which version of SABnzbd are you using?

SABnzbd is fully compatible with Windows 7 64bit.

i cant say for certain what happend i updated from 7.1 to 7.3 then it wouldnt start anymore i only can think that winupdate did some mischivious
the error happenst right after i want to start it up (the client) ff crome ie and opera dont get a connection to the sabnzbd interface all saying site not found ... since sab is closing itself after i klick ok in the window "errors occured"
