I was downloading a series and one of the episodes no matter what I do won't complete.

It finishes downloading but instead of unpacking, just says "moving" for about 10 minutes. Then it appears it is done but, the folder doesnt seem unpacked. It's got a bunch of par files and no MKV like the other episodes.

Also, the completed status message is different than the others.

The ones that process properly have written in green, "Processing Succeeded for R:\<download_folder>\Complete\<showname>"
Whereas this particular one finishes downloading but written in green is "Processing folder R:\<download_folder>\Complete\<showname>"

Any Ideas?

Are you sure the NZB file is correct.
Load it again and click on the job title in SABnzbd to see the file list.
Does it say anything in the history popup (click om title) about missing
articles and repair issues?
