Please Help

Hi when I run sabnzbd all I get is the QUEUE & HISTORY with 2 bars moving nothing else , not sure how to attach a image to show anyone , it looks to me if sabnzb has become corrupt some how , the big problem I have is that I was downloading 2 rather large files at the time one 90% the other 75% is there anyway i can reinstall and continue with these downloads

Go to the Status page, tab Queue Repair.
There you will find "orphaned" jobs that can be sent back to the queue.

Thanx shypike for the reply, but the interface only showing QUEUE & HISTORY that is all ,
would it be alright to reinstall the program

Reinstalling doesn't hurt but is probably useless.
Is anything listed on the Status->QueueRepair page?

No all I can see is QUEUE & HISTORY & 2 bars next to them constantly moving nothing else , not sure
how to upload a screen picture so you could see for yourself

No absolute nothing except QUEUE & HISTORY & even when you click on the drop down arrow for QUEUE & HISTORY nothing happen

Hi shypike I reinstalled program & the full interface eventually came back after about 5 mins
WINDOWS 7 & FIREFOX think I may get rid of FIREFOX

We test SABnzbd all the time with Firefox.
Well, I suppose it was a botched install after all, how strange.
