Hi there,
I've been a user of SAB for some years now. Love it. ...most of the time.
I tried downloading something recently, all seemed to be working fine until I check the history and I find the following error message which I have never seen before:
Download failed - Out of your server's retention?
The weird thing is, I use SAB in conjunction with NZBmatrix (like a lot of people I guess) and my account there shows 1500 days retention
The file I'm attempting to download is only around 250 days old. I have never had any trouble in the past downloading far older stuff.
Does anyone have any idea about what might be causing this, its most frustrating!
Thanks!

Re: Download failed - Out of your server's retention?
Got the same thing today for the first time ever. Again with files showing very short ages. There seem to be two specific files I cannot download, but all others I've tried are going through no problem. Tried many different versions of both files. The files I'm trying to get might be parts 1 and 2 of a certain well known trilogy that is hitting theaters this weekend....
Is it possible they're being blocked?

Yes, that's very well possible ... see the FAQ on "DMCA" ...stretch886 wrote:Got the same thing today for the first time ever. Again with files showing very short ages.
