Lots of NZB's getting stuck at "trying to fetch"

Since the last update to 0.7.1 I've been seeing a lot of nzb's get stuck at this point:

Trying to fetch NZB from https://www.nzbsrus.com/nzbdownload_rss.php/528578/304050/53892b028e6855947ac68cdc358f4e99/

And I see it on at least NZBSrUS, Matrix, & SB's nzb listings. Haven't noticed others yet. If I go to the respective websites & manually download the exact same nzb (by id number), then add it to Sab, it works fine. But I also can't use the 'send to sab' buttons no Matrix as it will cause the same issue.

I'm running this on a 10.04 Ubuntu server.

So, is this essentially the same error for all three sites?

Either way, I can wait for the next version and manually correct until then.

There is specific trouble with nzbsrus.com.
Not with the other sites, unless they're down or overloaded.
