delete files in Download folder [Thecus N5200XXX NAS]

Hi to all
May this be a stupid question or seen many times, but i have a problem to delete the content of the download folder.....
I run the SABnzbd module on a Thecus N5200XXX NAS system (Sickbeard is also running) and i have no permission to delete anything in the download folder.
My tries to solve this so far:
- disable both modules
- change Download folder
- disable renaming in both applications
All stuff for example in the incompleteDownloads folder are deleteable.
Hope you can help me, my harddisk is running out of space
