queue building up

Hello,
I'm running 0.7.0 on Windows 7 64 bit, with 8gb ram and an i3 2120. A nice powerful system which eats sabnzbd for breakfast...
Now, I'm having a few issues with the queue. Sickbeard is sending a few series over to sabnzbd but things keep failing and piling up in ways they just never used to in 0.6.xx. I've linked to a logfile at debug level which will hopefully help.
As you can see in the screenshot above it's getting quite full in the queue! Jobs are taking over an hour "fetching blocks" and then failing. Also, I've had a few instances of these errors as well " Failed to remove nzo from postproc queue (id) SABnzbd_nzo_dairqu ". I never had ANY issues with 0.6.xx but since upgrading to .7 a few days ago things have been going pear shaped.
What am I doing wrong? Any help will be greatly appreciated...
