Drop the priorities without changing the order of elements

Is it possible to reset the priority of every element to Normal while keeping its current position in the download queue. Or alternatively, is there a way to put an element at the top of the queue without Forcing it ?

Use the multi-ops.
Activate first from the pull down menu under the arrow at the top right of the queue.
You'll get a toolbar that operates on selected items.
You can drag any single item to the top, a bit awkward when you have multiple pages though.

The answer seems unrelated to my question.
I can not drag elements to the top of the queue, because the queue contains hundreds of elements. It is not usable in practice.
If I could clear the priorites while keeping the order, I could force them to the top, then clear the Force priority.

You've read the first part of my answer, I assume.
It gives you the possibility to change the priority of a large number of jobs in one go.

OK I got it. The problem is that if I select a group of High priority elements, and if I apply a Normal priority to them, their are sent to the bottom of the list with a Normal priority, and there is no way to move a group. This feature exists inside the elements of the queue for individual files, and it would be great if I could move the queue elements the same way.
This following is a feature request I guess. It would be very useful to have
1/ the same feature that is already implemented inside the elements of the queues for moving individual files
2/ a more advanced way to select elements: regexp, priority , size, date, completion rate, etc ..
Having to click on tens or hundred of checkboxes is not fun.
Great work by the way !

The smpl and Classic skins work with a queue place number.
You might find that easier to move individual items.
They may be added to Plush too.
We'll not go much further in supporting manual meddling of the queue.
That's not within the ambition of SABnzbd, which is maximizing automation.
