UI: clear indication of active download in queue

Hi,
I absolutely love SABnzbd and use it on a daily basis.
The one thing I would like to see improved, however, is having a clear indication of which download is currently active. I regularly have a queue of 20+ items, and together with the ability to pause downloads, to assign priorities, and the auto-sorting based on age, it is sometimes simply not clear which NZB is being downloaded. It's not always the top one
And it's not always the one that has a progress bar.
Indicating the active line in bold, or by using some other specific design, would allow me to identify it in a single glance.
I'm guessing this could be a fairly easy new feature, that significantly elevates the ease of use of the application - at least for me it would.
