Everytime I want to acces Sabnzbd outside my network I've got the following error message

XML Parsing Error: no element found
Location: http://xxx.zapto.org:8085/sabnzbd/
Line Number 1, Column 1:

I've got a freedns that's why you see xxx.zapto.org but also I've got the same problem with mine external ip.
What could be the problem?

Then the problem is in your modem/router, and probably the port forwarding. Port forwarding is modem/router dependent, and can be tricky to accomplish: port forwarding, ports, ip addresses, tcp/udp, firewall. Consult the documentation of your modem/router.

That's not message created or caused by SABnzbd.

You can do this: stop SABnzbd, and try the remote access again (from Internet). If you get the same error message, it's the proof it is not caused by SABnzbd ...
