Which single disk NAS works best with sabnzbd?

Can someone tell me which single disk NAS works best with sabnzbd? I already heard about Synology. But maybe there are others.
One important parameter: MEMORY.
Make sure it has at least 128MB, preferably more.
If you have less you need to do some tricks to decrease memory usage
and thus slow it down too.
