Is there a way to apply a post processing script (eg. sabtosickbeard) for a download that has already finished?
The script didn't run for about 40 eps because of an authentication error that I have now fixed. Manually moving and renaming all 40 of these will be a major chore.

Yes, but you'd have to write a script that call sabtosickbeard with right parameters.
