Unzipping Twice

I think what shypike is getting at is that you need to include many more details for him to understand what you need.

Ohhh. What i meant was, it downloads the files once, and then unzips the rars twice. So I have an original file and another one with ending (1). How do i stop this from happening?

This is not normal behavior, so you'll have to describe the circumstances.
Are you using Sort and if so, how?

I am using sort for tv shows. This is the setup i have: Example D:\Burn\+++++++++++Downloads\Show Name - 105.avi

And i get this:
The Big Bang Theory - 524.avi
The Big Bang Theory - 524.1.avi

I want it to rename the files, but not make 2 of them.

I suspect there's something wrong with your sort expression.
What is it exactly?

Sort expression is OK.
There are two other possible errors:
The NZB contains the items twice.
You download twice (unlikely, because you can see that in History).

BTW: which SABnzbd version are you using?
I might be advisable to try 0.7.0Beta8, because we're not going to fix 0.6.x any more.

There might me other reasons, but to diagnose those
I would need to have the actual NZB files you are using and a debug log file.

im using 0.6.15so that may have to do with it. Its not a perticular nzb as its happening with every file. And its not downloading twice. I can see it.

0.6.15 doesn't do this normally either.
I would still need a debug log file.
How to get it:
- On the Status page, set logging to "Debug"
- Load an NZB file that would be "doubly" unzipped
- Wait until all is done
- Check if it happened again
- Download the log file from the Status page
- Zip (or rar) it
- email to bugs@sabnzbd.org (adding the URL of this post).
