Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Hi All
I am a new user to sabnxbd and nzbmatrix and I am having issus with linking the two. It will allow me to download zip files but seems to take forever just to download one episode of a tv show.
When I click on open it just opens a media player.
When I click on save it puts it in my downloads folder but nothing happens in sabnzbd.
If I do it via a zip file and click on open it will show up in sabnzbd.
Any advice much appreciated.
You don't specify what "it" is in your post.
The normal flow events is this:
Lookup something (like a video) in nzbmatrix,
Download the NZB file listed in nzbmatrix.
Upload the NZB file to SABnzbd (in the "add nzb" dialog).
SABnzbd will download the video from your Usenet provider.
The result might be something like an MKV file.
Open the MKV file with your mediaplayer.
