Hi,

I'm very new to all of this. I am using nzbmatrix.com and previously using alt.binz and also astraweb. I kept getting an error message saying could not open NFO file. I've since been told to install sabnzdb which was fine. I can't find an option under premium accounts to select astraweb. Please help!

Not sure what you mean.
Astraweb is a usenet provider and you enter its server address,
username and password in Config->Servers.
