Love the software!
I have some issues integrating with NZB.su and was hoping to get resolved as not much love at NZB.su.
I setup SABnzb with NZB.su but I get the below errors.
1. Error Retrieving Queue on NZB.su - Cannot see my SAB queue. shows error everytime. Not sure what is the problem.
2. SABnzb Downloads - I managed to port forward and can see the little SAB icon on searches, but when I click on it nothing happens. AS I cannot see the queue, not sure whats happening.
System, - Win 7
Browser - Firefox
Any help is appreciated.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Thanks for the reply.
I dont use RSS, this is while looking at a certain file and you see the little SAB icon.
Once you click on it, the download starts in SABnzb. It works for NZBmatrix.

Nice, but it's not a problem we can solve for you.
There are just too many factors involved.
- Determining your external IP address (which might not be stable)
- Setting up port forwarding on the router
- nzb.su itself
- Making sure SABnzbd want to communicate with other systems at all
- Making sure that your software firewall agrees
My suggestion is to install release 0.7.0Beta3 (See Announcements).
If you then set the logging level to Debug, you can see in the log file
if any (and which) API calls actually reach SABnzbd.
