Instead of all items in the queue being completion tested have the option to just select a single item in the queue to be tested by perhaps adding a Job Option of (C)heck.

The "Check before download" could then be renamed to "Always check before download"

Currently there is no logical place for it.
We will certainly pick up your suggestion in a later release, when we overhaul the current queue interface.
