Sabnzbd + Firefox Crash on launch loop

Hi All,
Version: 0.6.15 (Sab), versions 11 (Firefox browser)
OS: XP SP3, 32 bit
Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin Default
Firewall Software: XP SP3
Are you using IPV6? No
Is the issue reproducible? Yes..pretty constantly
Https: No
SSL: Yes
Local host 8080 no conflicts.
When did it start: With current Sab build.
Issue: If I close Firefox and relaunch it, it attempts to open the browser to Sab and then blinks off. Then the next time it attempts to restore the session and locks up the browser. The only way I have found to bypass this is by launching the Sickbeard executable then afterwards open a second tab then launching Sabnzbd. For some reason that bypasses the issue about 50% of the time. However Firefox crashes on launch every time if used after Sab has been run. If I power off the PC and reboot, I can launch sickbeard alone, so that isn't an issue. I can also launch Firefox (after a reboot)with no issue, so long as it doesn't try to restore the session.
Otherwise the program is great and everything works perfectly for me. It was doing fine up until the last update of both Sab and Firfox. To make sure it wasn't my browser being flakey, I completely uninstalled my browser, but the same thing..
Is it a setting I have missed or a change in something I've overlooked?
