SABnzbd+ does not finish and repair any queue entries with incomplete parts

A problem I've had since I started using SABnzbd+ is that it will never repair files that are incomplete. The progress bar will get to 99% and everything will just stop until I move or delete that queue entry.

I get recurring entries into my warning log while it's trying to download the last incomplete piece which consist of the following:
    2008-08-24 00:51:44,457
    WARNING
    [downloader] Thread 1@news.giganews.com:119: timed out
I've made sure all the repair options have the right settings in SABnzbd+ and my timeout is set to 120. It's persisted throughout several versions of SABnzbd+ and countless fresh installations of Windows over the time I've been using the program.

Always been using the Plush skin, no firewall, and not IPV6.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

We have tested extensively with mutilated NZB files, so I cannot confirm your complaint.

The only way we can do something with this info is when you send a
failing NZB and the logging to bugs at sabnzbd.org. Please set logging to maximum level first.

As shypike said, send us a log file of a recently blocked download and we will look into it further.

Do you use a "backup" server or have multiple servers set up?
Does the download enter the history and start verifying then stop at the message "fetching more blocks"?
