Hi all i have sabnzb installed on my seedbox if i view the files i downloaded from a torrent i can view all info from that file with mediainfo.
however if i download somethink with sabnzb and use filemanger to get to the file then try and use media info it will not display any info at all been stuck now for a few weeks
does sabnzb need permissions or somthink to allow mediainfo to work

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
