in the new beta i have the nzb check switch enabled and it starts each nzb by skimming through it at about 2kb/s then it starts downloading when it is doing that check is it using data to do so and how much on average as i use block accounts i am not sure if i have it set to check each nzb including new ones which rarely have issues is this checking using data from my blocks

Currently the pre-check is an experimental feature,
directed at people with tight monthly caps who want to avoid
downloading hopeless posts.
We are aware that the current implementation is rather crude.
Unfortunately the pre-check is time-consuming, this is more noticeable
when you have a higher download speed.

yep i understand it is experimental i am just curious as to whether or not it uses any data when performing the check the speed of it is fine as i usually queue items to download overnight anyways

The data usage is small because the only thing sent is the article ID (about 60 characters)
and an answer is received (about 10 characters).
This is so for each article, which can number from hundreds to thousands.
Also, it should not consume any bytes from a block server (those usually don't count headers only article bodies).
