SABnzbd+ doesn't load on Max os x

When I download SABnzbd+, open it and drag it in the app-folder I don't see any reaction. (Mac os 10.5.
Can somebody help me with this problem?

Did you use the DMG with "leopard" in the name?
Because that's the one you need.
