Edit Total/Day/Week/Month Totals In Servers?

The Total/Day/Week/Month figures for each server are great features but unless you are lucky enough for you to install SABnzbd when you buy a block or on anniversary these figures (especially Total) do not make sense. If you could edit at least the Total figure within a month the other figures would also make sense?

I am using .7beta2 but can't find this option. There is a Clear Counters button but can't find the Edit button? Without the edit button (at least for Total) you can never make SAB match up with the correct figures (day/week/month will eventually get correct but not All). Thanks

The idea is that you click Clear when your block starts.
But I don't really understand what you're trying to get across in your first post.

A block can last a long time (e.g. 2 years) so "Total" is always wrong.

The monthly, daily, weekly figures will eventually go correct after 1 day passes, 7 days pass and a month passes but whatever happens Total could be wrong for 2 years.

Would a "Reset Total" button help?

The ability to edit the Total figure would solve the problem this figure can then be made to match the total provided by the news provider?

This means SAB would then keep track of how much downloaded and you know when you are going to run out without having to go and check the account page with the provider.

I guess it depends on if you have a block, monthly or yearly account but at moment the totals and new quotas seems to be aimed at very specific users.

I still think SAB is great - I just wish for a better statistics and quota functionality.

The quota feature is aimed at users with ISP caps, so that they won't be charged for going over it.
It's not intended to guard Usenet server quota, because I don't see the point.
When your server quota is consumed, downloading will stop all by itself, won't it?
When you're talking about "buying a block" I assume buying a block from a Usenet provider?
