Sorting (only Video files)

Is there any way I can just "sort/keep" the main video files? I am not instered in nfos, sfv, srr, sample files, nzb, and all other unnecesary (to me) stuff. I just want to keep the main file, mkv/avi/mp4/etc.

Setup an extension based clean-up filter in Config->General.

Ok, this will help with extensions.
How about NOT creating a sub-directory? Even tough I have my filter as just "%sn - S%0sE%0e.%ext" (no subdirectory)
I ended up with "tv episode.mkv/tv episode.mkv"
