When I download multiple files sometimes one files would always stop downloading around 99% completion. Other files would download just fine. Right now I have the same problem with another file, the error I'm getting is
Status: Backup
# Connections: timed out
Can someone advise?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
