Script, addon/tool for Generating an NFO file for an episode

Is there such a thing?

I'm looking for something that will replace, create an nfo for a given filename - pulling the information from tvdb. No renaming etc, I'm happy with how Sab does that already..

Ideally windows (if compiled)
