Name/Password not recognized by localhost?

How can I rerun the setup Wizard on OSX? Reinstall just brings me back to the login (which I apparently don't know).
Are you running release 0.6.15, if not first upgrade.
Then use the "down-arrow" icon in the OSX top menubar.
Menu entry "Troubleshoot -> Restart without login".
