Oh, actually I already stores my files there. That's why I don't understand why I keep getting these errors.
My temporary download folder is set as F:\Incomplete
I often hear the sound of what I believe is the hard drive being mounted. I was thinking that might have something to do with it.

Some drives start up too slow from standby and it seems that Windows doesn't handle this properly.
