Sharing/Permission Issues with Sabnzbd Downloads

Sabnzbd noob here. I'm on my first day. Anyways, the main issue I'm troubleshooting right now could be Windows related and it could be Sabnzbd related. I'm just trying to narrow it down. On to the issue.... this is going to be hard to explain but I'm going to do my best. Please ask questions if anything is unclear.
Video files downloaded through Sabnzbd are not automatically inheriting share permissions of the folder they are being downloaded into. However, the NFOs and Thumbs are inheriting just fine. For example, I download Breaking Bad (the entire series) through SickBeard. This is put into a folder D:\TV\Breaking Bad\<Season #>\. The entire D:\TV folder is shared with everyone and has inherited permissions enabled. However, when I go into that season specific folder, if I click on each individual file... only the NFOs and Thumbs are shared. The video files are NOT. If I drag the same video file into a different folder that was NOT created as part of the Sabnzbd download process, the sharing is re-enabled and gets detected by Boxee just fine.
I can fix this by right clicking the video files and go to "Share With" -> Specific People, and manually add the "Everyone" object. Obviously this is cumbersome and I shouldn't have to. I'm wondering if there's an issue with my sharing configuration (likely) or an issue with my Sabnzbd settings? (less likely, but possible)
Edit: I also found that I can bulk fix files that have been downloaded by going to the security permissions on the root directory (in this case, D:\TV) and checking "Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object". However, this does not fix files that are downloaded after the fact. It's looking more and more like a Windows issue, but I've seen it asked in a couple places with no definitive answer.
Resolution: I couldn't leave it alone 'til morning so I dug into the Microsoft forums and found my solution. I have Incomplete/Complete downloads going to a different folder before SickBeard sorts and sends them to my Network Share. The initial download folders weren't setup for sharing. After I turned that on, all was well. I'll leave this up in case it might help someone else.
