hello i just bought a new package but it isnt working it says it cant connect with the server hope you can help ?

You bought a package? A SABnzbd package? If so, shouldn't you get support from the person/party to paid money to? SABnzbd is free software, so anyone asking money should prove its added value.

Did you receive new login data from sunnynet and did you enter these in SABnzbd's Config->Server section?
