Download directory

Hi all,
I'm running Sabnzbd at my headless ubuntu server. To control the server I use putty at a Win7 pc.
Everything was running fine untill i decided to add a startup script. Now my download complete folder is /home/user/ and then /download/complete. But instead of /home/user/ i want it to download everything to /home/samba/...
Does anyone have a simpel tip how to do this?
