Processing failed warnings but not failing!

Hey all,
I was running Sickbeard/Sabnzbd together on my main mac with external drive.
This weekend I switched to my macbook to free up resources so I installed everything on my macbook and attached the external drive to that.
Everything runs fine BUT in SABnzbd whenever it tries to process a movie I get "Processing failed for /Volumes/External Drive/Movies/Whats your number(2011).mkv" and this is on every movie!
I should note that although I get this error it does actually process the new movie correctly!
I should also note that I use the processing script sabToSickbeard.py for this which was fine until the switch!
I have this movie so I can relate it to that but something must have gone wrong on the transfer.
Only thing I kept from Mac to Macbook is the scripts folder from ~/Library/Application Support/SABnzbd/scrips where I did a straight copy and paste.
Anyone seen this before?
