Hi I am attempting and failing miserably to get my phone to login to sabnzbd on my computer that is running it.

If I go to http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/m/ on my pc that is running sabnzbd, I am able to get to the iphone interface.  On the same pc, if I go to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080/sabnzbd/m/ where the x's are my IP address according to www.whatismyip.com, I cannot get to the page.  If I put in my computer's local IP (192.168.1.115), it will not connect.  I have port 8080 forwarded on my Linksys router.

What am I missing here?  I would really appreciate some help with this.

I set the IP to 0.0.0.0 and restarted Sabnzbd.

I have tried

http://myip:8080/sabnzbd/m - doesnt work, tried with both wireless lan and AT&T network
http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/m/ - works on machine running sabnzbd, but not iphone, verified 0.0.0.0 ip address is showing in setup
http://192.168.1.115:8080/sabnzbd/m/ - doesnt work
http://0.0.0.0:8080/sabnzbd/m/ - doesnt work

Still cant get it to come up >_<

Thanks for the help!

Are you on vista?

Anyway, just enter your local ip in the host settings or leave the field blank to have it find it for you. localhost won't work now so change your bookmarks for your localip.

Yes, I run Vista.

I got it working.  Setting the IP as my computer's network IP fixed it.  I am now able to access sab from my iphone via my modem's ip and also by my computer's ip when connected thru wlan.

Thanks so much for your help!

Now all I need is to setup dyndns.org and figure out how to coax my linksys wrt54g into assigning my pc the same IP and I will be golden :)

Thanks again!
