Fetching URL Hanging

Hi all,
Everything was working perfect until a week or 2 ago and now SABnzbd just stops at fetching url. There is no error or anything, it just stops. I think it has worked a few times, but I'm not 100% sure. Sickbeard sends over the url, and I can copy and paste it into my browser and it'll download the nzb fine, then I can add it that way and it'll download fine. Nothing was updated anytime near when this problem started, but i tried updating everything thinking that'll fix it with no avail. These are the logs of where it sits and hangs.

The sites are nzbmatrix.com, nzbsrus.com and nzb.su. They all work fine when i put the url into the browser, but it just...can't get the push to download them or something, and I'm completely at a loss now.

So there are still "fetch" lines in the queue
and no actual NZB is downloaded from the indexer?
Or are the NZBs downloaded but not the actual content?
Try to be more complete in your problem description.

I apologize for being unclear. Yes, the fetch lines are still in the queue, and no nzb is downloaded. To be more clear i just took a screenshot =P

The nzbmatrix API often has access problems.
Did you try to restart SABnzbd? It sometimes has trouble recovering from nzbmatrix access problems.

I have restarted a few times hoping that would help, but to no avail. But it's also not just nzbmatrix, I've looked into it a little since I have heard their api has issues sometimes, it's all of the indexers I use.

Another thing to try is, run the SABnzbd-console.exe instead of SABnzbd.exe from
a command prompt.
This way you can see if there is activity at all and whether some crash report is shown.

I've been experiencing the same problem for about a week now. Originally I thought it was an issue with nzbmatrix, however I've tried other indexing sites and I'm getting the same error.
I just restarted sabnzbd again and tried to add an NZB using the API. Here is what I've got in sabnzbd.log

And that's it, no further movement. Downloading the actual .nzb and using it works fine.
Any further suggestions for troubleshooting or diagnosing the issue shypike?

What do you mean "through the nzbmatrix api"?
The URL you see in the log
http://nzbmatrix.com/nzb-details.php?id=1187918
is just nonsense, that's
not an API URL.
How did you enter it?

The nzbdstatus add-on doesn't send nzbmatrix URLs to SABnzbd, it intercepts the NZB download
by the browser and sends the NZB to SABnzbd.
The URL you list is not the URL that's actually sent to nzbmatrix,
SABnzbd isolates the report number and adds your username and apikey.
Did you enter these properly on SABnzbd's Config->Indexer page?
It's possible that you need to re-enter your nzbmatrix API-key.
It seems that nzbmatrix resets these things occasionally.

Just generated a new nzbmatrix API-key to be safe, saved it, tried nzbstatus shortcut on NZBMatrix again and same issue.

Look at what it says in the History entry when it fails, not in the log file.
Also to eliminate other causes, enter this URL in the Add-NZB dialog in SABnzbd.
