This problem seems to have appeared after I upgraded to 0.6.15. I've got my categories configured to put movies and music into separate subfolders under the completed folder. I've got Couch Potato and Headphones watching the completed subfolders respectively. Previous to 0.6.15, the file wasn't moved into the completed folders until the unpacking was complete. However, now the moment unpack kicks off, the target file is created in the completed folder multiple times, which causes Couch Potato/Headphones to move incomplete and corrupted files into the target folders.
The folder structure I end up with is as follows, where <name> is the name of the download:
Complete\movies\_EXISTS_<name>\<name>\<name>.mkv
Complete\movies\_EXISTS_<name>\<name>.mkv
Complete\movies\<name>\<name>.mkv
Note that I get 3 copies of the file across 3 folders, but at least one of the files is either corrupt or incomplete.
I've got the action set to "default" in categories.

Downgrade to your previous version of SABnzbd and see if the problems keep occurring.

Re: 0.6.15 unpacking into completed folder
Unfortunately I can't seem to remember what I had before. It's likely somewhere between 0.6.12-14. I traced the _EXISTS_ folder down to Couch Potato trying to move a folder while sabnzbd is still working on it. I turned off Couch Potato and tested downloads for both the "default" and my custom categories and confirmed that in both cases, files are being unpacked straight into the completed folder.
