Sorry for the delay. Had not much time.
I made a short test on a second machine (deinstalled Bitdefender).
And as far as my short test could prove the issue is gone. Now the problem is, I cannot remove Bitdefender on my main pc. I need a good antivirus and firewall programm and my Bitdefender License still last for nearly a year.
So, mayby any workaround possible?

You could complain with the BitDefender company.
It's their program that sucks, it should not interfere with an application once
you have set the permissions right.
We have seem similar problems with ZoneAlarm on Vista, while Comodo works fine.
