Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Well , when I import the NZB file (Add NZB, Choose file) in SABNZBd and the file contains Chinese characters or other language characters, it will converted into Exclamation marks (!!!) (garbish?).
I now delete those characters before I import the NZB file.
SABnzbd only supports the Latin-1 (ISO-8859-1) character set.
Initially it will convert unsupported Unicode characters to "?"
but since no operating supports that characters, it converts them to "!".
We may support full Unicode one day, but not currently.
