F5, ctrl F5 and the clear cace button in firefox, should be empty now  ;D
But no same errors, sorry

Also tried sab40 again. Emtied the cache dir completly, deleted the incomplet dir, added new nzb files. But it keeps giving the same errors.

Tools -> clear private data -> Buffer

Switching between releases without this cleaning confuses the browser.

Even if i start without a browser i still got the same errors in the log file and i dont see any files in the incomplete directoroy.

So it cant be browser related.

The problem is somewhere in SAB or in the Pyro component.

Anyone any suggestions? Else i am going restore a backup.  :-\

After lots and lots of testing, i discovered something else.

If i log on to SAB40 with smpl interface and a clean sab34 ini file, i can save the server as many times as i want. And repeat the procedure each time it went ok.

However if i log on to SAB40 with plush and a clean sab34 ini file, and then my save primary server, then i get all these problems.

It seems the cause was not sab but the the plush interface. Maybe someone can pinpoint the problem now.

Can you remove everything from your system (0.3.4 files AND settings, 0.4.0 files AND settings) and start fresh wth 0.4.0 ?
I was using Plush 0.3.4 without any problem, and am now using Plush 0.4.0, still without any problem!
Applying server settings takes time, the best way to do it is to Pause downloading.
Then, once the progressbar is gone, Resume.

Offcourse i can and i will try later to see what happens.
But if someone upgrades from old to new, in the way described in the readme this may never happen.

With proper beta testng this can maybe solved so no one has to go through this again (i hope).

pairofdimes is working hard on Plush.
In the next Beta it will be a lot better.

Since no one asked for more info about those ini files (before they are gone) or checked/ asked other things that could be usefull in the solving proces.  I seriously doubt it will be solved in later beta's.

All that I can gather from your reports is that somehow you have a problem connecting
to your news server.
You can send me the INI files, but since you are not going to send me your userid and password
(and rightly so!), I cannot test your particular situation.

So, send me your censored INI files, maybe they do contain some clues.

BTW: halfway down the thread the focus shifted from connectivity to Plush problems.
Don't expect me to keep exact track of everones individual problems.

True, it seems to be a very very complex problem.

The problem seems to be created by a save command giving especially by Plush interface (other interface seem not to have any problem). However SAB goes down after that and stays down. So it looks like some kind of  problem in the communication between both.

Sorry for being not clear in the beginning, it took me some time to understand what was/is happening myself.

I will digg up the ini files and send them to you, maybe they help.

You still have connection problems?
From the material you sent me, I can draw no conclusions.
I am sorry.
