The Post processing was Default, I set to +Delete, and on that menu I did add NZB on that menu and nothing changed, went back to main screen and did add NZB, the pop up menu came up with Post processing +Delete.

Nothing changed? So no unpacking?

Then I would go the Brute Force path (losing all your settings):

Stop sabnzbd
find and delete sabnzbd.ini
find and delete sabnzbd.ini.bak

Start sabnzbd: you should get the SABnzbd Wizard. Fill it out with your newssrver, nothing else. Then do the reference download of 1GB.

Thank you, I downloaded a test TV show and all 4 episodes unpacked, but I don't understand what you mean by "your real NZB's".
Also is there a way to guarantee that the History stays in the queue, some downloads stay there some don't.

What you did. So not the test-1GB NZB, but "real" stuff.
