That's too bad. Is there any point in waiting for someone who has a clue to chime in? Prowlarr isn't the only member of the suite having authentication problems with SABnzbd. They all are. The common link is SABnzbd.

Hopefully someone will come along who is needing the sort of "help" you are offering.

There isn't much to add. SABnzbd is a download client, not an indexer, so naturally you can't configure it as an indexer. There is a link to a list of available indexers in the faq that was linked.
