Aaah, so we found the problem.
You should enable it. This way folders are marked as "__unpack__" when SABnzbd is still busy with them. Plex and such will then ignore them untill SABnzbd is really done.

The default value of this setting is Enabled, so you must have manually disabled it.

Yes I probably did a long time ago since the description of that settings made me think it's safer to not enable it. But strange that I've only recently started having this video problem? I enabled it and keeping my fingers crossed! Thanks!

Sadly the setting made no difference. It's still happening =(
