So, it is already running and then you try to start the Service?

Correct. So I'm not entirely sure why it wasn't working before I RDP'd into the box but when I did the local instance started and it began working. Then I went and looked at the services and tried to start it and it failed. The event before is what I got. When I manually shutdown the local instance and tried to start the service it started without issue and continued to work once I logged out of the box.

It's not meant to be started that way, only the services way should be used. You can use it normally right now?

Yes. It seems to be working, what was happening is it wasn't working so I logged into the server and it auto launched. I had to kill the auto launch and then go manually start the service. I imagine that isn't how it's intended to run, but people are going to log in and see what is going on if it doesn't work.
