I can't be sure that this is relevant but
@Willem_K found late last year that SABnzbd would stop running in his TS-459 Pro with 1GB of RAM. He
upgraded to 2GB and then SABnzbd ran fine.
Your TS-419P+ has only 512MB of RAM and that is non-upgradeable.

Just downgraded to a December NAS firmware and I'm getting the same problem. Hmm, maybe it's time to upgrade the NAS.
