Well it downloads perfect today. Thanks for looking into it I'm not surprised they didn't want to help given the content being downloaded. Even though that's what 90% of their user base uses the service to download lol. I guess I will just need to wait until the next day or use Newsbin to download some releases. BTW it is happening to someone else who uses UNS and SAB on the DOGnzb forums as well.

So now it finishes?! This makes 0 sense.
Then it must be some sort of timing issue. You set the propagation delay to 30-60min, right?
Maybe Newsbin retries missing articles a few minutes later that solves the problem?

One last thing I thought of: maybe you can enable 'Send group' in Config > Servers, click Advanced.

Yeah I set the delay to 45 mins but I mean the articles are defiantly available on the server if Newsbin is grabbing them so I don't really think that will help. I enabled the send group option and will report back if that seems to make a difference.
