If you have set Duplicates>Discard, then in the RSS it will not show jobs with the same name.

If you have Duplicates>Fail, then all jobs will be shown but when they get added they will be checked on having identical NZB. So if someone else uploaded the same file to a different group, it won't mark that as a duplicate.

When I check the source for finished downloads, it is exactly the same.

Ie, I see two URLs like that are exactly the same:
http://ownserver.com/spotweb/?page=getn ... =bla123bla
